Usman is now regarded as one of the finest welterweights in MMA history.

4. Islam Makhachev
The torch has been handed over. With two straight victories already in 2021, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s long-time buddy and training partner has re-entered the lightweight debate. After a year off, Makhachev had two submission victories against Drew Dober (ranked) and Thiago Moises (ranked).
