Team Pakistan, which is on the verge of being eliminated from the huge tournament, failed to get off to a good start once again, as openers were removed in the power play. Rizwan, the flamboyant hitter, is caught in Wayne Parnell’s first over. Mohammad Haris was then removed by Anrich Nortje, while Pakistani captain Babar Azam was afterward sacked by Lungi Ngidi.
Iftikhar Ahmed and Nawaz got some momentum in the middle before being overwhelmed by Tabriz Shamsi. The Babar-led side previously played three games, winning just one against the Netherlands.
