Jos Buttler stated at a news conference in Adelaide on Wednesday that he does not want a final between Pakistan and India. We are working hard to prevent this from happening. It should be mentioned that Pakistan and New Zealand will square off in the inaugural T20 World semi-final on Wednesday, with the victorious side advancing to the event’s final in Melbourne.

Pakistan and New Zealand had previously met each other in the 2007 T20 World Cup, with Pakistan winning by six wickets. The second T20 World Cup 2022 semi-final will be contested on Thursday in Adelaide between Australia and India.
