T20 World Cup 2023, The PCB Medical panel has recommended Pacer have four weeks off. Right-arm fast bowler Diana Baig has been ruled out of Australia’s T20Is and the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 owing to a fracture in her right index finger.

Diana will be replaced by right-handed batter Sadaf Shamas, who is part of Australia’s reserves for the T20I series and the ICC Women’s T twenty World Cup. Diana was injured during the third ODI against Australia today as she attempted to collect a return catch on the final ball of Australia’s innings. Diana was brought to a nearby hospital, where X-rays revealed the fracture. Diana has been instructed by the PCB Medical panel to take four weeks off.
