Aamer Yamin, a fast bowler for Karachi Kings, urged Multan residents to turn out in large numbers and support their team during their forthcoming match against Multan Sultans.

Multan-hailed Yamin, who made an impression in his first game of the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League on Sunday, expressed his happiness at the return of cricket to Multan and urged local cricket supporters to support him and his side when Karachi Kings take on Multan Sultans on February 22.

When the Kings secured their first victory in the competition after suffering back-to-back losses, he remarked in a post-match news conference, “I am glad to see the people of Multan enjoying the PSL match this season.” “I want to urge the city’s residents to come out in Multan and support me and the Karachi Kings,” Yamin said his side had performed well in the first three rounds but sadly was unable to complete the games.

Yesterday, the Kings defeated Lahore Qalandars by a commanding 67 runs. He continued by claiming that the victory against Qalandars had increased the camp’s confidence, and that earlier in the day, Karachi Kings President Wasim Akram, captain Imad Wasim, and head coach Johan Botha had all given the players their full support ahead of the crucial match.

The right-arm pacer said, “Certainly when things do not go in your favor, you have to make some modifications in the combination,” when asked whether Karachi Kings had finally discovered their ideal lineup for the PSL season 8. The 32-year-old also praised fellow pacer, Mohammad Amir, saying the left-arm pacer taught him a lot both on the field and in the nets.
