The 2019 PSL season will see 11 teams compete with 4 franchises per province: Faisalabad Wolves (Islamabad Capital Territory), Karachi Kings/Karachi Bears/Karachi Avengers (#1/#2/#3/#4).

PSL T20 is the first-class domestic Twenty20 cricket league in Pakistan. It was established in 2016 and it is currently played every year by eight teams with Peshawar Zalmi being the current champions for the 2018-19 season.
