The four Pakistan Super League 2023 qualification teams were chosen after the group stage, with Qalandars facing Sultans in the first round and Zalmi facing United in the second round. Lahore Qalandars took first place in the standings, followed by Multan Sultans in second.

Peshawar Zalmi finished fourth, while Islamabad United came in third. On Wednesday at Lahore, Lahore Qalandars will compete against Multan Sultans. The winner of the qualifier advances straight to the final, while the loser moves on to the second round of elimination.

On the other hand, Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United will square off in eliminator one on Thursday. The victor advances to the second round of elimination, while the loser is eliminated. The victor of the second elimination round advances to the final, which will be played on March 19.
