In the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League, Rizwan maintains his lead in runs scored! Mohammad Rizwan, the captain of the Multan Sultans, scored his first PSL century against the Karachi Kings on Wednesday at Multan Cricket Stadium.

As the T20 opener who redefined consistency, Rizwan made history by going from 50 to 100 in only 18 balls and finishing his century in just 60. It is the quickest 50 to 100 acceleration in PSL history by a batsman from Pakistan. He contributed to his team’s achievement of 196-2 in 20 overs by finishing with an unbroken 110 runs from 64 balls.

Rizwan has six fifty-plus scores and a century in his past ten T20 innings. This season, the wicketkeeper-batsman has scored the most runs with 329 runs at an average of 109.66 and a strike rate of 144.
