Mohammad Amir’s wife takes a dig at Shaheen Afridi, Pakistan fans again

Narjis Amir, the wife of former Pakistani bowler Mohammad Amir, has once more questioned the hypocrisy surrounding the criticism of her husband during the current Pakistan Super League season.

Using a tweet from Saturday, Amir’s wife compared the aggressiveness and acts of Mohammad Amir to Shaheen Afridi. Amir has recently been criticized for his over-the-top celebrations and general on-field behavior by former cricketers and fans on the internet.

“If someone tries to bring you down, it just proves that you are superior to them. InshAllah, he would always be superior to them (HASID),” wrote Narjis.
Amir also shared the previous message from his wife.

Shaheen wasn’t pleased with Amir’s actions during the Karachi Kings vs. Peshawar Zalmi game earlier this season when Mohammad Amir angrily flung the ball in the direction of Babar Azam. “You mentioned Peshawar Zalmi and the Karachi Kings. Although it should be between the bat and the ball, I believe there should be competition. When families are watching our games, sledding looks pretty nasty, Shaheen added.
