PSL 8: Karachi Kings beat Multan Sultans by 66 runs, PSL Season 8 Match 14

In the fourteenth game of the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Karachi Kings defeated Multan Sultans by a margin of 66 runs. With three wickets and 18 runs, Tabraiz Shamsi earned the title of player of the game.

With three wickets and 18 runs, Tabraiz Shamsi earned the title of player of the game. Initially, the Karachi Kings set a victory goal of 168 runs for Multan Sultans. Tayyab Tahir of the Kings, who scored 65 runs off of 46 balls, maintained his lead. With 46 runs, Matthew Wade helped his side achieve 167 runs for three points.

Ihsanullah of the Sultans claimed two wickets. In the PSL8, Sunday has two matches: Karachi Kings take on Multan Sultans at National Stadium, while Qalandars play Zalmi in the evening. The host team lost its first two games and suffered back-to-back defeats; as a result, they are now sitting in fourth place in the standings with just two points from five games. In the top Twenty20 competition, the assured Multan Sultans are on a tear.

The team has played in five games thus far, winning four of them. In light of recent results, the Karachi Kings are reportedly under pressure, and the squad will need to gain momentum before the qualifying round to proceed in PSL8. The team under Imad Wasim made an attempt but missed numerous games with minimal impact. They were defeated by Zalmi by only two runs in their first game, the Gladiators won by just six runs, and Multan Sultan defeated the Kings by just three runs.
