Chennai Super Kings won the IPL Champions of 2021. The IPL 2021 Final was contested between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), and CSK won by 27 runs. CSK (192/3) defeated KKR (165/9) by 27 runs in the final match, which was played in Dubai. Chennai Super Kings won their fourth IPL champions with their triumph in IPL 2021. This is Mumbai Indians’ second straight IPL win and their fifth overall. The final game was between the Mumbai Indians and the Delhi Capitals. MI won by 5 wickets. MI also received the Paytm Fairplay Award this year.

Lasith Malinga got 24 wickets in the tournament but did not get the purple hat. Dwayne Bravo got ahead of him by taking two more wickets.

The Kolkata Knight Riders became the second team to win the IPL championship more than once. If Manvinder Bisla was the hero in 2012 final, it was Manish Pandey’s heroics this time that inspired KKR to chase a massive total of 199. Pandey got 94 points on 50 attempts. KKR’s Robin Uthappa got the orange hat after reaching 660 runs in 16 innings.
