The information circulating in this regard is not correct. It should be remembered that the French team reached the semi-finals after defeating England. On the other hand, for the first time in the history of the continent of Africa and the Arab world, an African Arab country, Morocco, is determined to make a new history after reaching the semi-finals.

If we talk about Morocco’s journey in this World Cup, then they played three matches in the group round in which they won two matches and one match was drawn. In the round of 16, Morocco defeated Spain 0-3 on penalty kicks and exited the tournament, while in the quarter-finals, Morocco defeated Portugal 1-0 to reach the semi-finals.

On the other hand, defending champions France defeated Australia 1-4 in the first round of the FIFA World Cup, while they defeated Denmark 1-2 in their second match. France suffered an upset defeat at the hands of Tunisia in the last match of the group stage. In the round of 16, France defeated Poland 1-3, while in the quarter-finals, France defeated England 1-2 to reach the semi-finals. This is the first time that France and Morocco are competing against each other in the FIFA World Cup. The two teams have previously met seven times in different tournaments, with France winning five times and Morocco winning twice.
