Cameroon and Serbia are still in the World Cup after a classic 3-3 draw in their Group G clash today (Monday), in the tournament’s final 10 am GMT kick-off. Serbia may be the more disappointed of the two nations, having led 3-1 thanks to goals from Strahinja Pavlovic, Sergei Milinkovic-Savic, and Aleksander Mitrovic. They appeared to be in cruise control after coming back from a 1-0 deficit thanks to Jean-Charles Castelletto’s goal for the Indomitable Lions.

They lived up to their nickname after falling behind by two goals, with substitute Vincent Aboubakar sparking a thrilling comeback, first lobbing the goalkeeper and then setting up Eric Choupo-Moting to level at 3-3. From there, it appeared that one side would score the winning goal, but the game ended level, leaving both teams with a slim chance of making the last 16.
