Dhaka’s ministry group won the toss and choose to bowl first. Comilla achieved 164 runs in their first innings despite losing six wickets. Khushdil Shah batted aggressively once again, scoring 30 runs in 17 balls, including two fours and two big sixes. After losing nine wickets, Dhaka was reduced to 104 runs in their second innings.

Usman Khan scored the most runs in the innings, 34 from 33 balls. Naseem, 19, was superb with the ball, claiming four fast wickets in his session. Khushdil Shah’s bowling was also outstanding, as he took the wickets of Dhaka skipper Nasir Hosein and Ariful Haque. Khushdil Shah was named Player of the Match for his superb performance with both bat and ball. Naseem Shah now has the greatest bowling stats in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2023.
