Arsenal’s already done a lot of work in the transfer window, adding Leandro Trossard and Jakub Kiwior. They are still interested in Real Valladolid’s teenage right-back Ivan Fresneda. Newcastle and other teams are also interested in him. He might move in the last week of the transfer market, according to Sky Sports News. Current Arsenal right-back Cedric Soares is in discussions to join Fulham. Arsenal’s given him permission to communicate with them about personal matters.

The teams will then have to work out a deal for a player who has 18 months remaining on his Arsenal contract. Arsenal has completed the £20 million acquisition of Poland defender Jakub Kiwior from Spezia. The 22-year-old, who has signed a four-and-a-half-year contract with the option of a further year at the Emirates Stadium, is the Premier League leaders’ second acquisition in January, after the £27 million signing of Leandro Trossard from Brighton.

Is Arsenal the frontrunner to sign Rice?

Declan Rice, according to the Guardian, “is leaning toward joining Arsenal” if he leaves West Ham this summer, as anticipated. Rice prefers joining Arsenal’s “because of the potential of playing under Mikel Arteta, who has drawn up ideas for where the West Ham captain would slot into his squad,” according to the publication. ‘Arsenal is interested in a loan deal for Camavinga,’ says a source. According to the Evening Standard, Arsenal is interested in a shock loan move for Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

The Premier League leaders want to take the Frenchman on loan until the end of the season, according to the source, however, it is unclear if Real would allow a loan transfer for the 20-year-old, who has battled for minutes this season. Fulham and Arsenal are negotiating about Soares. Fulham is in negotiations with Arsenal’s about signing right-back Cedric Soares, according to Sky Sports News, who reported earlier this week that Fulham had been given permission to negotiate personal terms with his representation.
